I have been carrying on with my editing on my TV Advert and I am happy with the progress which I have made on it so far and from comments which I have had back from people who have viewed it they have given me comments on how I could improve it from an audiences point of view and therefore next week I will be able to look back on the advert and change these parts, as I also see the points which people made about improving the advert.
Today we have been introduced to what Sample Viewing is and is a process which we would be carrying out as a group on our Final Television Advert. We have been shown how to create a Questionnaire for Sample Viewing and this will be completed by a sample group and they can share their opinions about our advert, within the Questionnaire some questions which I would ask would be about the fact whether they believe it appeals to our target audience of The Family and Teenagers, as our product is brought by many different age groups and therefore we wanted to make our advert appeal to a range of audiences and I believe we have done this through the advert. Therefore from the sample viewing we would be able to get the audiences opinion on our advert as they would be the people who would be viewing the advert and potentially buying the product. From the sample viewing we can also get improvements on how we could improve the advert, from whether the narrative is clear to the camera work. From the sample viewing you can respond to the feedback and change anything thing surrounding the advert, whether it is the narrative or a editing technique, as you will have feedback you can respond to it easily.
I have also started to complete my Evaluation, the part which I have been completing is the introduction and the explanation of how our group worked well together and explaining how we might have been able to function better as a group, but I believe that we have worked well together as a group a created a good idea for a TV Advert. Over the next week I will be completing the Evaluation and this will include our findings from our Sample Viewing of the Television Advert.
